financing technology platform
KredFlow's role
KredFlow provides technology and transaction infrastructure connecting B2B software vendors, business buyers and regulated lenders. KredFlow is not a bank or non-banking financial company and does not sanction or disburse loans.
Financing is provided by the RBI-regulated lender identified in the applicable offer. That lender sets credit policy, determines eligibility, approves or declines the request, issues the loan documents and Key Facts Statement, and controls disbursal and repayment. A product walkthrough or business enquiry is not a loan application or credit offer.
product and responsibility framework
| product | financing for eligible B2B software purchases |
| public website | product information, walkthrough requests and business enquiries; not a digital lending application |
| regulated lender | identified in the applicable offer and responsible for credit policy, approval, pricing, documentation, disbursal and repayment |
| KredFlow platform role | purchase workflow, business-verification orchestration, transaction coordination and customer assistance, as defined for the applicable programme |
| fund flows | approved disbursal moves directly from the regulated lender to the software vendor; the buyer repays the lender |
